Meet Your Coach, Kristy

Hi, I’m Kristy—registered dietitian, 13x marathoner, and mom. But before I started helping runners fuel with confidence, I was making the same mistakes I see so many other runners make.

I used to head out for long runs without eating anything… and wonder why I felt exhausted halfway through. I thought I was doing it “right”—eating healthy, training hard—but I constantly felt drained, sore, and frustrated.

Once I started fueling strategically before and after my runs, everything changed. My energy came back. Recovery got easier. And running actually felt good again.

Now I teach everyday runners how to take the guesswork out of fueling—so they can feel strong, finish their runs with energy to spare, and stop questioning if they’re doing enough.
