Since learning to fuel properly, my GI issues have resolved and I no longer have intense cravings or episodes of binge eating. Session 3 - How much & what to eat during your run and training your stomach

Session 4 - Preventing and overcoming stomach and GI issues

Session 5 - Hydration & electrolytes - determining your fluid needs & making adjustments based on weather

Session 6 - Fueling your long runs and Carbohydrate loading

Session 7 - Meal planning during a busy training season

Session 8 - Understanding hunger & fullness signs - when you need to eat even if you don't feel hungry 

Session 9 - Finalizing your race day fueling plan

Session 10 - Final race day prep, Q&A 

*Sessions will be a combination of pre-recorded video modules and group coaching calls.

 

**Group coaching calls will be a combination of live presentations, Q&A, and workshop style where you'll have the opportunity to actively create a personalize plan on the call. All calls are recorded and will be available for replay with lifetime access so you can come back again and again.
