Before this program, I was constantly in the mindset of restricting food. I tried to figure out the minimum that was required to eat but still be able to perform. I struggled with fatigue, occasional binge eating, and regular GI issues. The constant GI issues eventually led to a fear of food and total confusion about what to eat. My mindset about food has completely changed after working through this program. I now look at food as fuel. I no longer restrict what I eat but instead build a plate with the mindset of "What can I add to give my body what it needs?" instead of "What can I take away but still get by?" Since learning to fuel properly, my GI issues have resolved and I no longer have intense cravings or episodes of binge eating. I no longer fear that certain foods will cause me stomach problems giving me freedom to eat things like dairy without reserve. I have found myself able to complete harder workouts while recovering quicker and feel more energized throughout the day so I can give more of myself to my family.

Session 2 - Understand your metabolism, macronutrients (carbs, protein, fat) and why you don't need to be afraid of any of them.

Session 3 - The importance of hydration and electrolytes and their role in every body process. 

Session 4 - Learn how to create a balanced plate without counting anything and how to adjust your plate based on your fitness goals 

Session 5 - Understand meal timing and navigating your hunger & fullness to prevent yourself from overeating or under eating. 

Session 6 - Navigating and overcoming everyday stomach and GI issues

Session 7 - Meal planning and create a personalized eating plan based on your food preferences, dietary needs, and lifestyle. 

Session 8 - Identifying and breaking food rules

Session 9 - Improving your body image, importance of sleep, and managing stress.

Session 10 - Final wrap up call, Q&A

**Group coaching calls will be a combination of live presentations, Q&A, and workshop style where you'll have the opportunity to actively create a personalize plan on the call. All calls are recorded and will be available for replay with lifetime access so you can come back again and again.
